- Meet with our Leadership Team to determine your current/upcoming hiring needs.
- Approve an agreement for engaged searches and exclusivity on those searches.
- Pay a $5K deposit for each role you wish us to work on (To note, the final placement fee per role is less the deposit amount for that role.)
