Your Role with the Company
- The Sr. Health Consulting Actuary (Taft-Hartley) will lead and support Health & Group Benefits engagements, managing complex client projects and relationships while delivering actuarial and strategic guidance on plan design, financials, benefit strategy, and vendor selection/management.
- This role will oversee end-to-end marketing and vendor searches across all coverage lines while contributing to business development and prospect presentations.
- The Sr. Health Consulting Actuary (Taft-Hartley) will focus on the review and refinement of analysis and reports produced by the actuarial team, ensuring rigorous project tracking and peer review.
- This role is entrusted to prepare and present results and recommendations to clients for consideration.
