Role You Will Play
- The Senior Discovery Quality Assurance Associate will perform final, comprehensive quality assurance reviews of discovery response packets within personal injury or mass tort matters.
- This role will identify and clearly document issues requiring correction as well as identify gaps, inconsistencies, compliance issues, and drafting errors quickly and accurately.
- The Senior Discovery Quality Assurance Associate will apply advanced knowledge of discovery objections, responses, and best practices.
- This role will be entrusted to help shape and define discovery QA standards at scale.

Background Profile
- 5+ years of hands-on discovery experience including the review of written discovery responses in personal injury or mass tort matters within high-volume or managed legal services environments.
- Working knowledge of Interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs, and discovery workflows.
- Proven ability to independently draft and review discovery responses end-to-end with a keen ability to catch errors in documents before delivery
- Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written – with fluency in Spanish
- JD or Paralegal certificate preferred
