The Role You will Play

  • This is a very important position and will play a significant role in commercial property management with the firm.
  • Designed as a growth role, the Senior Commercial Property Manager will support the firm excelling them to the next level by maintaining existing clients as well as developing and growing their own book of business/ new clients.
  • This role is entrusted to manage clients with little to no supervision (birds-eye perspective, yet also experienced and knows about commercial building management.
  • The Senior Commercial Property Manager should embrace the company’s culture – “Client first”: Serving and satisfying the client first and making them the highest priority.

Community Highlights

  • Preferable location: Gulfport, MS or Jackson area (MS). Can also be anyone in the southern Louisiana area.
  • Hybrid/ on-site due to team culture – ideally onsite at the office at least a few days per week, however due to property onsite visits, needs to be open and willing to travel (mostly once every other week or with overnight stay 2 days every 2-3 weeks as property locations are spread out).

Background Profile

  • Ambitious Commercial Property Manager with 3+ years of commercial property management experience with focus on retail properties along with a solid understanding of facility operations, basic construction principles, key performance indicators for leased properties, and tenant relations
  • Ability to adapt to the unique requirements of retail users and the real estate market (experience with weather and climate safety and security protocol, such as ensuring that all properties are tornado and storm secured, etc.)
  • Tech-affine- required experience in tools such as AppFolio
  • Experience with commercial property management required
  • Real Estate license for the states of MS or LA required or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or Real Estate
