The Role You Will Play

  • Working alongside the President, the Estimator will oversee tenant up-fit and service work projects, ensuring timely execution within budget while maintaining exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

Background Profile

  • 2-5+ years’ experience in estimating, project coordination, or a related construction role
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 10/30, Certified Estimating Professional – CEP) are a plus
