The Role You Will Play

  • The Senior Salesforce Analyst is responsible for delivering a world-class CRM solution for sales and marketing.
  • In this role, you will ensure that the overall Salesforce solution optimizes the investment in Salesforce, balancing business needs with technical complexity, to meet business strategy.
  • The Senior Salesforce Analyst will span all aspects of the software development lifecycle and include working alongside business and development teams in a highly collaborative Agile environment where every individual’s input is valued.
  • This role is entrusted to be the primary liaison to specific departments to support their business initiatives through systems evolution.

Background Profile

  • 6+ years of professional work experience including 4+ years with Salesforce or other CRM as a systems analyst or developer
  • Expertise in reporting and analyzing with relational databases
  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce environment as well as CRM Systems in a global environment with multiple integrations
  • Familiarity with leading systems projects with technical staff while working in an Agile environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required
