ROLE SUMMARY

An Account Executive (Contract) is a pivotal role charged with expanding our market presence and driving business growth. This individual will identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and negotiate and close deals that contribute to our strategic objectives and ultimately driving sales and increasing revenue.

Primary clients are real estate agents and brokerage leaders and owners. The role reports directly to the Local Owner of the Next Door Photos location.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
  • Lead Generation: Develop strategies for identifying and securing new business leads. This involves networking, cold calling, office visits, attending industry events, and other methods to generate interest from potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Work collaboratively with the Local Owner to design and implement a strategic growth plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure their satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and products.
  • Proposal and Pitch Development: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and how it meets their needs.
  • Negotiation and Closure: Work closely with the Local Owner to negotiate terms with clients. Drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet and exceed annual sales targets mutually set with the Local Owner. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for achieving these targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Document activity in the company’s CRM and provide detailed reports on sales performance and revenue generation. Analyze the success of business development strategies and adjust plans as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of sales or marketing experience
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and winning new business
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
