We are looking to someone to join our team that is dynamic and an entrepreneurial thinker, who can work independently and will focus on growing and managing one of our most established product lines – Actuarial and finance recruiting. You will do all this while working side-by-side with a proven leader in the industry.

  • Position is 100% remote – 50% of staff is located in IL, the rest of the team is spread throughout the US – the entire team meets weekly to catch up as well as for monthly team trainings (locals on site at an office space/ rest of staff via Zoom)

Here is a big picture view of the role you will play:

  • Minimum of five years of work experience in the Recruiting industry
  • Managing an established client list and filling open roles
  • Lead a team of other Recruiters to achieve production goals
  • You will be an effective leader of our people. You can communicate well and manage to achieve team goals and outcomes. You will be that inspirational and accountable link for the team’s performance and as a result, will also hold your team accountable for their performance and help them to succeed in any lacking field
  • You are a true mentor and coach
  • Finding, attracting, interviewing, and recommending people for highly compensated roles within our clients and educate yourself on the clients’ needs and wants to determine an effective recruiting strategy.
  • Create weekly search updates for clients and participate in regular update calls and client
  • meetings
  • Manage the expectations of a variety of stakeholders in a concise, professional manner.
