Your Role with the Company

  • The Production Superintendent is responsible for the management of Field Crews to ensure projects are staffed to meet production needs.
  • This role is entrusted to train all crew members to meet safety and quality standards, develop and perform ongoing crew assessments that will strengthen performance of the team, and develop and conduct career development training programs for the crew.
  • In addition, the Production Superintendent will manage the tools and materials needed for the crew; review job scope, travel budget and hours; as well as liaise between Field Manager and PM to quickly resolve/remove roadblocks.

Background Profile

  • 10+ years of commercial roofing experience leading five or more crews
  • OSHA 30 certified
  • Experience in Coatings, Single Ply, Hot, Metal roofing systems a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office products
  • Working knowledge Florida inspection process preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Ability to travel extensively
  • Exceptional organization skills with keen attention to details partnered with superior customer service and communication skills
