Your Role with the Company

  • The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns, which can include paid search (Google Adwords and grant management, Bing), display (Google, display networks), and social (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) advertising strategies with a goal of increasing brand awareness, supporting program goals, and promoting growth toward overall marketing goals.
  • This role will coordinate and personally create visual and/or written content for ad campaigns.
  • The Paid Media Specialist works cross-departmentally to align paid media campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
  • This role is entrusted to test, optimize, and report on paid media content and channels routinely to develop documented best practices and maximize ROI.

Background Profile

  • 3+ years of expertise in paid media management experience
  • With 3+ years of general marketing or advertising experience
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office, Google Adwords, Facebook Manager, and Web analytics
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or Marking Cloud experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related field.
