The Role You Will Play

  • The CRM Applications Manager will manage a team of Systems Analysts and drive delivery through an agile team of developers, QE and analysts.
  • This role will understand the business drivers as well as Salesforce feature set, and develop and implement a roadmap, using an agile approach.
  • In addition, this role will manage the design and implementation of solutions that balance business needs with technical simplicity and future agility.
  • The CRM Applications Manager is entrusted to work closely with business area liaisons to understand their goals and requirements.

  • 6+ years of professional work experience including 2+ years in management
  • Expertise in CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce environment
  • Experience managing people including writing reviews, PIPs, interviewing coaching/mentoring
  • Familiarity with Sales and Marketing domains as well as developing capacity models.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
