Your Role with the Company

  • The Chef will manage all back of house operations, will be an effective and respected mentor to their staff, knowledgeable in all aspects of food and labor costs, and a process oriented individual.

Background Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience in a full service upscale-casual dining restaurant environment
  • Expertise in Kitchen administration including; purchasing, costing, scheduling, controlling expenses, budgeting, and conducting inventories
  • Strong knowledge in fundamental technique with experience in various cuisines with a background in wood fired operations a plus
  • Consistent use of clear and concise communication with a willingness to give direction and be able to jump in and help at a moment’s notice
  • Culinary degree
