The Role You Will Play

  • The Audit Manager will provide exceptional leadership and practice development through training, coaching, and managing staff.
  • This role is responsible for client service and practice development within the area of expertise and for assigned clients.
  • The Audit Manager will prepare budgets for all engagements, forward those budgets to involved staff, and ensure engagement work is completed within predetermined time budgets and plan.
  • In addition, this role is entrusted with making recommendations regarding improved operations and efficiencies of the Firm.

Background Profile

  • Expertise in accounting and auditing
  • 7+ years of experience in a CPA Firm
  • Familiarity with Business Development in cross selling
  • State Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Masters preferred
